My yearbook staff is a fucking joke.

Yeah, you guys are organized, and I really do have respect for some of you. Like the editors-in-chief and the photographers and the senior copy editor and a few of the reporters.

And a few of you are just terrible. I actually filled out an application to get in.. wtf LOL, you can’t write for your life, and this is a YEARBOOK. STAFF. YEARBOOK. WRITING. JOURNALISM. I can’t even.

I’ve written the copy four times already. Out of my four spreads. Funny story, isn’t it.

I really regret joining because I thought this was a pretty top-notch team that was super dedicated, efficient, and could actually provide me something to learn from.. but this is laughable.

I just tried using Liam Neeson's speech from the movie 'Taken' to get free overnight shipping on a package from Amazon.
Amazon Customer Service Rep: Sir, we're very sorry but your package won't ship until the 16th of September unless you upgrade your shipping.
Me: I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for overnight charges, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my package go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
Amazon Customer Service Rep: I'm sorry sir, but you're going to have to talk to my sales manager.

My main problem with Christina Aguilera is that she can’t just say a word normal, like “cat.”

She’d say “caayayayyyaaaayayayyayayaayaAAAYY, WOO HOO HOOO WOOOO YEAAAAH OOOOH NOOOO WAAAAAYYY AYAAYAT”

ϟ Why I Like Oberhofer

The discussion she led in class today was actually pretty eye-opening. I mean, yeah, all the thoughts she mentioned have stumbled across my mind at one point or another, but it felt nice to discuss it with an adult. Finally, an adult who’s smart and introspective. LOL everyone else probably jumped at the chance to do nothing but listen to her ramble for the whole period, but I genuinely liked what she had to say. She’s very well-educated.

What brought us here, and for what reason?

Is the butterfly effect plausible?

How significant are we, really?

ϟ My need for superiority is crippling.

I’ll be truthful about it here because none of you motherfuckers can judge me if you can’t read it. Anyway, I don’t really have that much of a need for superiority. I’m not that hungry for attention or power. I just think intelligence matters a lot to me, and I don’t want to look around one day and realize I’ve been a dumbfuck for longer than I should have or something.

Yay.

But I guess I’m pretty okay.
